Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with proven experience in end-to-end hiring across IT and Non-IT roles, including mid to senior leadership positions. The ideal candidate should be skilled in stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, and closing critical roles, while operating in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, including mid-senior and leadership hiring
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting
- Identify and engage passive candidates for niche and senior roles
- Conduct initial screening and competency-based interviews
- Drive offer management, negotiations, and closures for critical roles
- Ensure strong stakeholder management and regular hiring updates
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines through ATS or trackers
- Improve hiring processes, TAT, and candidate experience
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in recruitment (IT + Non-IT roles)
- Proven experience in handling mid to senior-level hiring / leadership roles
- Strong understanding of different hiring channels and sourcing techniques
- Expertise in headhunting and passive candidate engagement
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with ATS/tools and data tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a recruitment agency or high-growth startup
- Exposure to hiring in tech, product, or business roles
- Strong professional network across IT and business functions
