Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Manager based in Pune, with opportunities for remote work flexibility. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, employee training programs, and policy development to ensure high-functioning workplace operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing onboarding and offboarding, handling performance appraisals, addressing employee concerns, enhancing job satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and company policies. The HR Manager will collaborate across departments to maintain a productive and positive work environment that aligns with the organization’s values and objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Workforce Planning
- Experience in Employee Training, Engagement Programs, and Career Development Initiatives
- Strong command over Policy Development, Compliance, and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in Organizational Planning and Change Management
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India
- Proficient in using HR management systems (HRMS) and HR analytics tools
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Previous experience in manufacturing, sustainable energy, or technology-focused industries is advantageous
