Role Description
The Senior Human Resources Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead the recruitment and talent acquisition function for MAS Financial Services Limited. This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, involves developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong employer branding, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role requires collaboration with departmental heads, tracking hiring metrics, and staying updated on market trends to optimize recruitment practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition strategies, recruitment processes, and sourcing techniques
- Strong knowledge of employer branding and ability to build relationships with candidates
- Proficiency in tracking hiring metrics and utilizing recruitment technologies
- Understanding of labor market trends and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Capability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the financial services or related industries is an advantage
