🧑Job Title: Senior Manager – Human Resources
📍Location: Gurgaon
💰Upto: 25LPA

📌Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR function as a strategic business partner for production units across multiple locations, ensuring effective people management, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment aligned with annual plans and budget
- Manage Employee Life Cycle (onboarding to exit) for 500+ employees
- Implement and enhance HR policies and processes based on business needs
- Improve employee engagement through welfare, rewards, and retention initiatives
- Oversee payroll inputs and ensure statutory and factory compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRMS data
- Develop and share HR dashboards with key metrics
- Support HR transformation and organizational initiatives
- Lead and manage the HR team to deliver functional goals
- Track and publish industry benchmarks (compensation, attrition, span of control)
Skills
- Proficiency in handing HRMS (‘Darwinbox’ will be desirable)
- Team handling experience.
- Years of Experience – 10 to 16 years
- Education - MBA or Equivalent in HR
