🚨We’re Hiring: Senior HR Manager | Sohana Hospital, Mohali</p>
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources function and help build a high-performing, patient-centric workforce.
🔹 Position: Senior HR Manager
🔹 Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site)
🔹 Job type: Full time / 6 days a week
🔹 Experience: Minimum 10-12 years (Healthcare industry experience is mandatory)
🔹 Salary: No bar for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and retention
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hospital’s growth goals
* Strengthen employee engagement and organisational culture
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HR best practices
* Drive performance management, training, and leadership development initiatives
* Partner with department heads to build strong, efficient teams
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
* Proven HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setup
* Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and accreditation standards
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills
* Proven experience in performance management, training, and development
* Proficiency in HR tools, technologies, and data-driven decision-making
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
