Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager, based in New Delhi. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, designing and implementing human resource policies, and overseeing employee engagement programs. They will handle performance management, talent development, and ensure organizational compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves acting as a strategic partner to leadership, providing advice on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in creating and applying HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Experience in performance management frameworks, talent development, and training programs
- Skills in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools for reporting, data analysis, and workforce planning
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead diverse human resources functions in fast-growing organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
