Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Mumbai. The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR policies, managing training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling payroll, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Manager will work closely with leadership to support organizational growth and ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in employee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to design and execute training and development programs
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools for payroll and data management
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry is a plus
