Responsibilities :
- Work closely with business leaders to understand their challenges and co-create people strategies that drive results.
- Help attract, nurture, and retain top talent in across the organisation. Build career paths and leadership pipelines that excite people.
- Ensure performance management is fair, transparent & motivating. Guide leaders on compensation & recognition that make employees feel seen.
- Lead organizational design and change initiatives with empathy, ensuring transitions feel smooth & inclusive.
- Balance legal requirements with a people-first approach to employee relations.
- Partner with HR COEs to bring in digital tools and smarter ways of working that make life easier for employees & managers alike.
Qualification :
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred
- 10–15 years of HR experience, with min 5 years in a senior HRBP role.
- Strong background in IT/ IT Infrastructure/System Integration industries.
- A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in change management & organizational transformation.
