Role Description
The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee all HR operations and strategies at INSD’s Gurugram office. This full-time, on-site role requires close collaboration with leadership to develop talent acquisition plans, ensure smooth onboarding processes, and create policies that align with organizational values. The role will also include handling employee relations, overseeing performance management systems, and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Operations: Expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Strategic Leadership: Skills in workforce planning, implementing HR policies, and aligning HR strategies with business goals
- Employee Relations: Proven ability to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts effectively, and promote an engaged work environment
- Performance Management: Experience in designing and implementing appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and professional development programs
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- HR Technology: Familiarity with HR software and tools for efficient management of HR functions
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India, coupled with an ability to handle confidential information with integrity
