### π Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Head HR Function: Own and drive the entire HR department, setting up strong HR frameworks, policies, and processes aligned with business goals
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with leadership team to design and implement HR strategies that support business expansion and performance
- Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy including manpower planning, employer branding, sourcing, and hiring within defined timelines
- HR Operations Management: Oversee complete HR operations including onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, attendance, and exit management
- Performance Management: Design and drive PMS cycles, goal setting (KRA/KPI), performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and implement L&D initiatives, leadership development programs, and capability building frameworks
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and foster a high-performance, positive work culture
- Employee Relations: Handle complex employee issues, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Organization Design & Change Management: Support business restructuring, workforce planning, and change initiatives
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Use HR data and metrics to drive insights, improve productivity, and support decision-making
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and internal HR policies
- Process Improvement: Continuously streamline HR processes, implement best practices, and drive automation where possible

### π― Key Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- 10β15 years of progressive HR experience with at least few years in a leadership/HRBP role
- Strong exposure to handling end-to-end HR function including TA, L&D, and HR operations
- Proven ability to build and lead HR teams and processes from scratch or scale existing setups
- Excellent stakeholder management with leadership influencing skills
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in India
- High ownership mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
