Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects
of human resource practices and processes. This role will act as a key partner to business
leadership, driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals, enhance employee
engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback
systems
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity
Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
Lead learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and
leadership pipeline
Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and continuous
improvement
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Manage and mentor the HR team
Job Description
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in scaling organizations or managing HR in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with HRIS and data analytics tools
Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
