We’re Hiring: Senior HR Executive (1–3 Years Experience) | Ahmedabad (On-site)
We’re looking for a proactive and execution-driven HR Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can balance hiring, people management, and culture-building, this role is for you.
Job Summary
You will play a key role in building strong teams, managing HR operations, and driving a high-performance work culture. Your day-to-day will involve recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR and admin processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates as per business requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
Performance & Growth Management
- Set KPIs aligned with project delivery and business goals
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Training & Development
- Design and execute training programs (digital marketing, design tools, client pitching, etc.)
- Track employee upskilling aligned with campaign requirements
Employee Engagement & HR Operations & Admin Tasks
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and benefits
- Drive engagement initiatives and team activities
Compliance & HR Analytics
- Update and implement HR policies as per legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Track and analyze HR metrics like attrition and productivity
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR / HRM or a related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Familiarity with HR tools (ATS/HRIS) is an added advantage
