Role Description
The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for leading HR operations and strategy to support Esse India’s growth and service quality. This role includes overseeing recruitment and selection, workforce planning, onboarding, and talent development, ensuring that teams are staffed with skilled professionals aligned with organizational values. The Senior Human Resources Manager will manage performance review processes, compensation and benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives to promote retention and a positive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining HR documentation and HRIS records, and advising leadership on HR best practices. The role also involves collaborating with management to design HR policies, drive organizational change, and support training programs tailored to the needs of immigration and visa consulting services.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR strategy development, workforce planning, and organizational development to support business goals.
- Proficiency in HR operations, such as HRIS usage, documentation, compliance with labor regulations, and policy implementation.
- Ability to design and deliver training, coaching, and development programs for staff at different levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing HR teams or leading cross-functional HR projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or immigration/visa-related organizations is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
