Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Sarita Vihar for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The role involves leading HR strategies to align with organizational goals, overseeing talent acquisition and retention, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing policies that enhance company culture. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, designing training and development programs, evaluating performance management systems, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, the role involves fostering employee engagement and supporting leadership on strategic HR matters to cultivate a high-performing and satisfied workforce.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and workforce planning
- Proficient in employee relations, organizational development, and fostering company culture
- Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and training programs
- Proven ability to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certification in HR is a plus)
- Track record of success in HR leadership roles with experience in a mid-size or large organization
- Proficiency in HR software and tools to analyze data, streamline processes, and enhance HR service delivery
