Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Manager – HR for a leading consulting client. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and strengthening talent acquisition frameworks to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across mid to senior-level hiring
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage multiple hiring mandates with a focus on quality, timelines, and candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles
- Drive stakeholder engagement with senior leadership and hiring managers
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Ensure adherence to hiring processes, compliance, and best practices
- Mentor and guide junior HR/recruitment team members
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment/talent acquisition
- Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services environment preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume and leadership hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, interviews, and offer management
