Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru campus. The Senior HR Manager will lead the HR department and oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing HR operations, handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Collaborating with leadership and department heads, the role will focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support the mission and vision of CCJ.
Qualifications
- HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning expertise
- Strong Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management skills
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policy Development
- Proficient in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Change Management
- Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and mentor HR professionals
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills with the ability to develop HR metrics
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in managerial roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred)
