Role Description
The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing onboarding and training programs, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting organizational growth goals. The role requires leadership in employee engagement initiatives and policy development. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Staff Engagement
- Proficiency in Performance Management, Policy Development, and Organizational Planning
- Thorough knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Regulations
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Experience with HR technologies, tools, and software
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a senior HR management role, ideally in logistics or supply chain industries
- Knowledge of Labour Laws, ID Act, MV Act, and Shops & Establishments Act.
- Assist employees in claiming ESI & PF benefits
- capable of handling internal administration and coordination within the company
- Professional attitude with willingness to learn & travel.
