Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations and strategy for the Kolkata on-site office in a full-time capacity. This role includes leading recruitment and talent acquisition processes, managing onboarding and orientation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The manager will design and implement performance management frameworks, compensation and benefits programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, conducting HR audits, maintaining accurate HR records, and partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development. The role also involves mentoring HR team members and driving continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Candidates should possess leadership capabilities, with experience managing HR teams and collaborating with senior management.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting and analytics.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior HR role, preferably in financial services, sales, or distribution organizations, will be beneficial.
