Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Senior Human Resources Generalist at JSE Engineering Pvt Ltd. The Senior HR Generalist will oversee HR functions, including designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role will also involve supporting and guiding teams on human resource management practices, maintaining employee records, and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Immediate Joiner's preferred (0-15 Days)
- MBA / MSW
- 5-10 Yrs Experience preferred
- Preferably: Ms / Mrs
