Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist at our Ahmedabad office. Responsibilities include overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling recruitment and onboarding, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and fostering employee engagement. The role also involves supporting organizational development, resolving employee relations issues, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including recruitment processes and talent acquisition
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies to align with company goals
- Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to ensure effective facilitation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing employee relations and organizational development
- Familiarity with labor law compliance and current best HR practices
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a senior HR role is preferred
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sourcing and networking ability
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate fit
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation
