π― Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting organizational growth initiatives and employee engagement activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong operational expertise, people management capabilities, compliance understanding, and hands-on HRMS experience.
The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

πΉ Key Responsibilities

β Manage complete HR operations and administration activities
β Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
β Coordinate employee joining formalities, induction, documentation, and lifecycle management
β Support payroll processing, attendance management, leave tracking, and employee records management
β Ensure coordination for statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labor regulations
β Maintain HRMS data accuracy, reporting, and employee database management
β Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and retention programs
β Support performance management cycles, appraisal coordination, and employee development initiatives
β Address employee concerns, maintain healthy employee relations, and support conflict resolution processes
β Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, analytics, and workforce insights for management review
β Collaborate with internal teams to improve HR processes, automation, and operational efficiency

πΉ Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll processes, and employee lifecycle management
β
Good understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory regulations
β
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
β
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
β
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and advanced Excel reporting
β
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
β
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
β
Professional attitude with strong ownership and execution mindset

π Educational Qualification

β Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
β MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
β Additional certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or HR Analytics will be an added advantage

Candidates with prior experience in Senior HR Executive, HR Operations, Payroll HR, or similar HR management roles will be preferred.
Experience in IT Services, SaaS, HRTech, or workforce management industries will be an added advantage.
