Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for the position of Senior HR Tech Consultant. The Senior HR Tech Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their HR and recruitment processes, recommend tailored solutions, and drive the implementation of MyNextHire technologies. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, designing and delivering solutions, providing expert insights, training users, and ensuring seamless adoption of MyNextHire's platform. The consultant will also act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring the successful execution of their talent acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition methodologies
- Proficiency with HR technology platforms, applicant tracking systems, and human capital management solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process bottlenecks and drive innovative solutions
- Effective communication, collaboration, and client management skills to maintain strong relationships and deliver user training
- Experience in project management with the ability to ensure timely implementation of HR tech solutions
- Capability to work independently and lead discussions with senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications in HR technology or project management are a plus
- Prior experience in HR consulting, talent acquisition, or technology-driven recruitment is highly preferred
