CLIENT: South Africa based global conglomerate with satellite office in CBD Belapur ( Navi Mumbai looking for a seasoned HR professional ( IC Role) who will report to Dubai HQ.
Applicant should n=be residing in Navi Mumbai.
JOB PURPOSE
The HR Manager will be responsible for driving performance management excellence, ensuring robust HR policy implementation and statutory compliance, and supporting payroll governance for the Mumbai office. The role will also lead employee engagement initiatives and act as a custodian of a fair, compliant, and high-performance work environment.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Drive the end-to-end performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, appraisals).
- Ensure alignment of individual KPIs with business objectives.
- Track performance metrics and identify trends, gaps, and interventions.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and processes.
- Monitor compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Facilitate implementation of POSH guidelines under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
- Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Validate payroll inputs: attendance, leave, incentives, variable pay, deductions.
- Maintain HRMIS data accuracy and reporting.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Incumbent Profile:
- Resident of Navi Mumbai
- MBA/PGDM in HR.
- Can work in IC Role ( No team) managing around 25-30 people from different functions
- 15+ years of core HR experience with strong exposure to performance management, compliance, and payroll coordination
- SAP HRMS experience desirable.
Annual Compensation: 20-25LPA
