- 12–15 years of HR experience, including 10+ years as an HR Business Partner

- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing an engineering workforce of 800–1,000+ employees
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute

Role Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving people initiatives that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness. The role will partner closely with leadership to deliver talent strategies, employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations for an engineering organization of approximately 1,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, development, and separation.
- Drive workforce planning and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring and backfills.
- Analyze HR metrics, attrition trends, retention data, and employee insights to recommend business-focused solutions.
- Coach managers on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Organizational Development initiatives.
- Support organizational change, restructuring, and transformation programs.
- Ensure HR compliance, data integrity, policy implementation, and audit readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and people practices.
