Role –Senior HR Business Partner
About the Role - HR Business Partner will be responsible to drive end-to-end HR initiatives and partner closely with business leaders in achieving organizational goals. The role requires strong expertise across HR operations, employee relations, talent management, performance management, HR compliance, L&D, and stakeholder management.
What you'll be Responsible for?
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support on organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Conduct skip-level meetings, feedback sessions, and employee connect programs.
Performance Management
- Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, appraisals, and development planning.
- Support managers in performance improvement discussions and talent development initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and MIS reporting.
Talent Management & Learning
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams for hiring support and workforce planning.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Drive succession planning and talent retention initiatives.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Identify organization-wide and functional training needs through stakeholder discussions and performance analysis.
- Design and drive employee learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and capability-building interventions.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and certification initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness, employee participation, and learning outcomes.
- Promote a continuous learning culture across teams.
Policy & Process Improvement
- Review and enhance HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle practices.
- Drive HR automation and process optimization initiatives wherever applicable
What You'd have?
- 10-12 years of Strong HR Business Partnering experience with a Product Based / SAAS / IT / Technology / Telecom industry preferably
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Mature stakeholder management approach
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance
- Experience in handling employee relations and conflict management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command over HRMS tools and MS Office
