We are seeking an experienced Senior HR professional to lead and drive key HR initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations, while partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department heads
• Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational development programs
• Oversee performance management cycles, goal setting, and talent reviews
• Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices
• Manage and resolve employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
• Support learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve people strategies
Required Qualifications
• 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced organization
• Strong experience in HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion
Preferred Skills
• Experience in technology, consulting, or multinational environments
• Exposure to HR analytics and HRIS systems
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
