Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will provide strategic and tactical HR support, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and driving performance management strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising leadership on HR best practices, resolving workplace issues, fostering a positive work culture, and partnering with management to drive organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) management
- Solid experience managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace conflicts
- Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Laws, with the ability to ensure organizational compliance
- Comprehensive skills in Performance Management, including setting goals and implementing evaluation processes
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities
- Ability to influence and build relationships across hierarchical levels
- Experience in the tech industry or a similar fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or SPHR) are a plus
