As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping our people strategy—driving recruitment, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Manage employee relations and performance systems
