Role Overview
We are looking for a talent acquisition professional who will primarily focus on internal hiring and succession planning for our organization. The role will involve building strong internal talent pipelines, identifying future leadership talent, and ensuring continuity for key positions within the business.
In addition to internal responsibilities, the individual will also work on HR-focused client hiring mandates across multiple industries and functions and also contribute to broader HR coordination and operational activities as part of the HR function
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership hiring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Hiring
· Lead end-to-end hiring for internal positions across recruitment, sales, operations, HR, and leadership & other business functions.
· Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
· Manage interview coordination, stakeholder communication, offer rollouts, and onboarding support.
· Maintain internal talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles.
2. Succession Planning
· Identify critical and revenue-impacting roles within the organization.
· Build succession pipelines for leadership and key operational positions.
· Map internal talent against future business requirements.
· Support leadership teams with succession mapping and replacement planning.
3. Client Hiring (HR positions)
· Handle HR-focused client job requirements across functions including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, L&D, and HR Operations.
· Conduct talent mapping and market research for HR hiring job requirements.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client roles.
Desired Candidate Profile
· 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Recruitment Consulting.
· Educational background in HR is mandatory (BMS/BBA in HR, PGDM HR, or MBA HR))
· Strong experience in end-to-end hiring and stakeholder management.
· Exposure to succession planning or leadership hiring will be an advantage.
· Excellent sourcing, networking, and assessment skills.
· Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in executive search, staffing, or recruitment consulting firms is highly preferred.
