Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Associate located in Neemrana. The selected candidate will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR strategies to support business objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting recruitment activities, managing onboarding processes, organizing training and development initiatives, and promoting clear and effective communication within the organization. The Senior HR Associate will also ensure factory compliance with company policies and labor regulations also manpower handling while driving a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Experience in Training & Development and fostering employee growth through effective learning programs.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is advantageous).
- Experience in a similar role in manufacturing or packaging industries is a plus.
