ABOUT REDIAL CLINIC
ReDiaL Clinic is a metabolic reversal and lifestyle medicine clinic based in South Delhi. We operate on a clinician-led triangle model — a doctor, a functional fitness trainer, and a dietitian working in tandem around every patient. Our programmes target the root causes of Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, and Obesity through structured, evidence-based protocols — not just symptom management.
We are a growing clinical team. As we scale, the need for a structured, organised, and people-first HR and Administration function is critical — not just for compliance, but for building a culture and operational backbone that supports every person on the team.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a senior HR and Administration professional who is equally comfortable with people management, policy design, and day-to-day administrative ownership. This is a single-point-of-contact role for everything HR and admin across the clinic — from onboarding new hires to maintaining operational systems, from policy documentation to ensuring smooth daily function.
The ideal candidate has worked in a structured corporate or organised healthcare environment, understands the difference between process and bureaucracy, and has the initiative to build systems where none exist — not just maintain what has been handed to them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs)

KRA
Responsibilities
1
Human Resources Management
- Own the full recruitment cycle — job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain updated employee records, documentation, and HR files for all team members
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and monthly payroll inputs with accuracy
- Coordinate appraisal cycles, probation reviews, and performance documentation
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and exits — from full-and-final to experience letters
- Ensure all HR processes comply with applicable labour laws and organisational standards
2
Policy Setup & Amendments
- Draft, implement, and maintain all clinic policies — attendance, leave, conduct, compensation, and more
- Periodically review existing policies and recommend amendments based on operational experience or legal changes
- Communicate policy updates clearly to the team and maintain a documented, accessible policy repository
- Work with the Founder's Office to develop new policies as the organisation grows and new situations arise
- Ensure policies are consistently followed across the team and flag deviations in a structured manner
3
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations — vendor coordination, facility upkeep, supplies, and infrastructure
- Manage contracts and AMCs for office equipment, housekeeping, security, and utilities
- Maintain petty cash, admin expense tracking, and coordinate with accounts for reconciliation
- Coordinate procurement of clinic consumables, stationery, and non-clinical operational items
- Own the administrative calendar — clinic events, team meetings, regulatory appointments, and audits
4
Team Coordination & Execution
- Act as the operational backbone for the team — ensuring tasks, follow-ups, and administrative dependencies are closed on time
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks that require HR or admin inputs (joining formalities, ID creation, system access, etc.)
- Track and follow up on compliance-related filings, renewals, and documentation deadlines
- Maintain team-wide task visibility and flag delays or blockers to the Founder's Office proactively
- Support scheduling, coordination, and documentation for internal reviews and planning sessions
5
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable deductions are correctly processed and filed
- Maintain all regulatory and compliance documentation in an organised, audit-ready state
- Coordinate with external consultants (CA, legal counsel) for HR-related compliance inputs
- Keep the clinic's operational licences, agreements, and legal paperwork up to date
- Build and manage a structured documentation system for contracts, letters, and approvals
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR and Admin role in a corporate or organised setup
- Demonstrated experience in policy drafting and implementation
- Working knowledge of statutory compliance — PF, ESI, PT, labour law basics
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and digital record-keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Highly organised with strong follow-through on tasks and commitments
PREFERRED (STRONG ADVANTAGE)
- MBA in HR or equivalent post-graduate qualification
- Prior experience in a healthcare, clinic, or wellness organisation
- Experience setting up HR systems or processes from scratch
- Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software
- Experience handling a team of 10–30 employees end to end
- Comfort working in a fast-growing, founder-led environment
WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE
The best person in this role is someone who treats HR and administration not as a support function, but as the operating system of the organisation. They build structure proactively, document everything without being asked, and handle people with firmness and fairness in equal measure. They understand that a well-run HR function is what allows clinical and sales teams to do their best work.
- Organised by default — systems, files, and follow-ups are never an afterthought
- Policy-oriented — thinks in frameworks and knows how to turn informal practices into written process
- People-aware — handles difficult conversations with discretion, empathy, and professionalism
- Execution-first — does not wait to be reminded; owns tasks to completion
- Comfortable with ambiguity — can define structure in environments where it does not yet exist
- Trustworthy — handles confidential employee and financial information with full discretion
WHAT WE OFFER
- A senior, decision-making role with direct access to the Founder's Office and clinical leadership
- Full ownership of the HR and Admin function — from policy to daily operations
- The opportunity to build and formalise systems in a growing, purpose-driven clinic
- A structured, professional environment with a team of doctors, dietitians, fitness trainers, and operations staff
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and the scope of the role
- A culture that values organisation, accountability, and initiative
