About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resource Manager to join our team at Infopark, Kochi. This pivotal role involves leading and managing the entire spectrum of HR functions for a rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to HR management, working closely with senior leadership and business units to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance initiatives. The Senior HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven organizational culture. This role offers the opportunity to shape HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and to implement best practices across all HR operations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have worked in IT, GCC, services, or product-led environments. Demonstrated expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance is required. Candidates should have a deep understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations, along with strong stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and people analytics tools will be advantageous. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
The Senior Human Resource Manager will be responsible for a broad range of functions, including:
- HR Strategy & Business Partnering: Collaborate with leadership and functional heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, support workforce planning, and foster a culture of high performance and engagement.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and improve candidate experience. Work with business leaders on headcount planning and resource forecasting to meet organizational needs.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, internal mobility, performance appraisals, and separations, ensuring a positive employee experience at every stage. Design retention initiatives to reduce attrition rates.
- Performance & Talent Management: Lead performance management cycles, coach managers on feedback and development, and identify high-potential employees for succession planning.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Implement engagement initiatives, manage employee relations, and promote an inclusive, values-driven workplace environment.
- HR Operations & Policies: Ensure the smooth execution of HR processes, develop and update policies, and oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Compliance & Legal: Maintain adherence to Indian labor laws, manage audits, and provide guidance on legal and regulatory HR matters to mitigate risks.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and present insights to leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
