We are looking for a seasoned & business‑focused Senior HR Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR functions and partner closely with leadership in a fast‑growing organization. This role blends strategy + hands‑on execution to build strong people practices and a high‑performance culture


🔹 Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with goals 🤝
  • Support workforce planning, org design & capability building
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people, culture & performance

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Drive lateral & campus hiring strategies 🚀
  • Enhance recruitment processes & candidate experience
  • Collaborate on headcount planning & forecasting

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers & exits 🔄
  • Ensure a smooth and positive employee experience
  • Drive retention initiatives to reduce attrition

Performance & Talent Management

  • Lead goal setting, reviews & appraisal cycles 🎯
  • Coach managers on feedback & development planning
  • Build succession plans & identify high‑potential talent

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design engagement programs & internal communications 💡
  • Handle employee relations & workplace concerns
  • Foster an inclusive, high‑performance work culture 😊

HR Operations & Policies

  • Ensure efficient HR operations & documentation 📑
  • Maintain HR policies, SOPs & frameworks
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance & leave

Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws ⚖️
  • Support audits & statutory documentation
  • Advise leadership on risk & governance matters

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track HR metrics (attrition, hiring, productivity) 📊
  • Share data‑driven insights with leadership
  • Enable informed decision‑making through analytics


🎓 Required Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, Business Administration or similar

8–15 years of progressive HR experience

✅ Experience in IT / GCC / Services / Product environments preferred
