Role Description The Senior Human Resource Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and supporting strategic people initiatives. This role involves managing recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities, while ensuring HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently across the organization. The Senior Human Resource Executive will handle employee relations, performance management coordination, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, monitoring attendance and leave, supporting payroll inputs, and collaborating with leadership to address workforce planning and talent development needs. The role also requires continuous improvement of HR processes, ensuring alignment with labor regulations and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience with workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.
- Candidates should possess hands-on HR Operations skills, covering recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR systems or HRIS usage.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies expertise, with the ability to design, implement, and update company policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and facilitating a positive workplace environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; prior experience in a senior HR role, preferably in healthcare, manufacturing, or diagnostics; strong knowledge of Indian labor laws; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; and proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
