About the Role
As a Senior Human Capital Associate, you will play a key role in enabling seamless HR operations across the APAC region- working closely with leadership, global teams, and employees to deliver a strong people experience.
This role sits at the intersection of HR operations, analytics, and strategic support, offering exposure to regional decision-making and global collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (on boarding to off boarding)
- Drive HR data management, reporting, and insights
- Support performance management and leave systems
- Partner with stakeholders across regions for HR operations & compliance
- Improve and streamline HR processes and systems
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee communications & documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 4–10 years of experience in HR operations / consulting / professional services
- Experience in payroll, employee relations, HR systems (SAP/PeopleSoft, etc.)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in HR is a plus)
