About This Role
We’re looking for a full-time Senior HRBP to join our People team reporting to the Senior Director, People Strategy. This role is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, India.
The Strategic People Strategy Partner operates as an organization level strategic and thought partner to the business. This role shapes and drives long-term people strategy in alignment with company priorities, influences executive decision-making, and leads complex, multi-region organizational initiatives. This role is expected to operate with high autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and deliver scalable people solutions that have material business impact. The ideal candidate would have 12 - 15 years of experience in HR business partnering, working with leadership in a fast paced environment.
What You'll Do
People Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Partner with executive leadership and senior business leaders across geos to define and execute long-term people strategies aligned with business growth, revenue and operating models.
- Lead enterprise and multi-year workforce planning, including talent supply/demand modeling, capability building, and succession at senior levels.
- Shape organizational design decisions across functions and geographies, balancing business outcomes, scalability, and employee experience.
Talent & Leadership Management
- Own and influence senior-level talent strategy, including succession planning for critical roles, leadership bench strength and retention of key / critical talent.
- Serve as a coach and thought partner to senior leaders, supporting executive effectiveness, leadership transitions, and team performance.
- Identify systemic talent risks and opportunities and proactively design interventions to address them.
Organizational Change & Transformation
- Lead large-scale, complex organizational transformations (e.g., restructures, global operating model shifts, post-merger integration, capability transformations) with minimal oversight.
- Anticipate downstream impacts of change across teams, regions, and functions, and design proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure change initiatives are aligned with long-term strategy, communicated effectively, and executed with minimal disruption.
Business Advisory & Executive Influence
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing candid, data-informed perspectives on people-related risks, trade-offs, and opportunities.
- Influence decisions beyond HR by connecting people strategy to business outcomes such as revenue, ARR, GRR, productivity, and retention.
- Build strong networks across functions (Finance, Legal, IT, Product, Sales, CS) to enable integrated decision-making.
Mentorship, Succession & Capability Building
- Serve as a multiplier leader by mentoring P3/P4 PSPs and building leadership depth within the People Strategy team.
- Identify and groom future leaders, creating succession pathways and reducing dependency on single points of failure.
- Set standards for strategic thinking, judgment, and partnership excellence across the PSP function.
This role may require occasional travel (up to 25%) for team meetings, training, or company events.

What We're Looking For
- 12 - 15 years of relevant experience and a masters degree in HRM (or equivalent combination of education and experience), required.
- Preferably from SAAS based/ PE VC backed companies.
