🔎 About the RoleWe are hiring a Senior HR Recruiter with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong hold on sourcing and closing positions across multiple domains, this role is for you.
💼 Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and databases
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Achieve monthly/weekly hiring targets
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong expertise in sourcing and screening candidates
- Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
