About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition efforts for IT and Non-IT roles across various domains like Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Technical domain for hiring in India. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates who possess the skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Position: Senior HR Recruiter

Shift: 12pm - 9pm

Location: Vadodara (Onsite)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Write and post job descriptions pertaining to the open positions.
• Source potential candidates on platforms, like LinkedIn, Naukri and Database.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT and Non-IT resumes.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities.
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions).
• Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and conducting initial interviews.
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
• Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.

Requirement:

• Experience: 3 to 5 Years of experience as a Recruiter will be considered.
• Education: MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Phone, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and F2F).
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Mandatory - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
