Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking)
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates through structured interviews
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Use data and metrics to improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
1.5 - 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:-
Experience in Both IT & Non-IT Recruitment.
Familiarity with Job Portals.
