We’re Hiring: Senior HR Recruiter / HR Manager
📍 Location: Barasat

🎓 Qualification: Master’s Degree (HR / Management / Related Field)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR professional who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for non-teaching staff and also contribute to designing, developing, and implementing HR policies. The role requires a strong understanding of institutional hiring, stakeholder management, and HR best practices.
This position demands a proactive leader who can manage recruitment operations efficiently while also supporting HR policy frameworks and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-teaching roles (administrative, technical, operational, and support staff)
• Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with institutional needs
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements
• Partner with departments for manpower planning and workforce requirements
• Assist in designing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hiring outcomes
• Support HR compliance and process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related discipline
• 5–10 years of proven experience in recruitment and HR management
• Strong exposure to non-teaching / institutional recruitment preferred
• Experience in HR policy formulation and implementation is essential
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong command over sourcing tools, LinkedIn, and job portals
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under deadlines
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused approach
