Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in New Delhi. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, managing job postings on multiple platforms, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees. The Recruiter will also oversee recruitment marketing strategies, ensuring that Avaan maintains its reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Proficiency in communication, relationship building, and collaboration with stakeholders
- Experience in recruitment marketing and managing job postings on various platforms
- Ability to adapt recruitment strategies to organizational needs and market trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Preferred experience in Induction/ Orientation to new employees & Employee engagement acivities.
- Experience in logistics, education, or related industries is a plus
Experience: 2-4 years
Highest Qualification: MBA in HR
