Shift: 9:00PM - 6AM (1-hour break included) (NIGHT SHIFT ONLY)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

The US HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of human resources management for the US, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development. The role involves aligning HR strategies with the organization’s goals to foster a high-performance culture and ensure organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and succession planning.
  • Drive organizational change management and culture transformation initiatives.

2. Talent Acquisition and Retention:

  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent, including creating job descriptions, interviewing, and onboarding strategies.
  • Develop and execute employee retention programs and initiatives to minimize turnover.
  • Implement strategies for employer branding to position the organization as an employer of choice.

3. Performance Management:

  • Design and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance issues.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

4. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture.

5. Learning and Development:

  • Identify training needs and oversee the design and implementation of development programs.
  • Manage leadership development initiatives to build future leaders within the organization.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.

6. Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure HR processes adhere to governance requirements.

7. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee compensation strategies to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Monitor and control HR budgets and related expenses.

8. Data and Reporting:

  • Use HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, employee satisfaction, and other key metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on HR initiatives and outcomes to senior management.
  • Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Master’s degree or MBA in HR is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Experience in managing HR operations in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.

Certifications:

  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and HR analytics.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
