Role Description
You won't just be managing HR processes, you'll be architecting a people-first culture inside one of Indore's most trusted real estate firms. From finding the right talent to ensuring every employee feels seen, heard, and valued this role owns it all.
What You'll Own
Talent Acquisition — Build high-performing teams across sales, operations & management. Own the full recruitment lifecycle from JDs to onboarding.
Payroll & Compliance — Ensure seamless payroll operations, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws), and HR documentation with zero gaps.
Employee Engagement & Culture — Design and drive initiatives that make US Associates a place people are proud to work at. Because happy teams build better homes.
HR Strategy — Work closely with leadership to align people goals with business goals. Policy creation, performance management, and org development are in your zone.
Qualifications
- 5–6+ years of end-to-end HR experience
- Strong grip on Indian labour laws & payroll compliance
- Proven track record in talent acquisition & team building
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or a fast-paced SME (preferred)
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- The ability to build from the ground up — not just maintain what exists
