Role Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead human resource functions with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. In this full-time, on-site position based in Siliguri, the Senior HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, design and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and foster a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with business goals, conducting performance reviews, managing payroll, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Organizational Development
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Requirements
- Strong skills in Conflict Resolution, Employee Relations, and Team Leadership
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits Management as well as HR Analytics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in the marketing or digital marketing industry is a plus
