Senior HR Manager – Talent, Systems & Execution
Location: Remote (India)
Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST

Job Summary
We are hiring a hands-on HR leader who will take full ownership of the HR function.
This role is designed for someone who can operate independently, build teams from scratch, implement systems, and drive performance across the organization.
You will be responsible for building a high-performance organization, not supporting one.
Key Responsibilities
Full HR Ownership
Manage the HR function end-to-end including hiring, performance management, discipline, and exits
Operate independently without day-to-day supervision
Team Building
Identify hiring needs across VIS (Study Abroad, Work Abroad, Sales) and VMG (Retail, QSR, Backend Operations)
Plan and execute hiring strategies
Focus on building high-output teams, not just increasing headcount
HR Systems and Technology
Set up and manage ATS, CRM, productivity tracking tools, and reporting systems
Automate hiring and performance workflows
Drive data-based decision making
Performance Management
Define KPIs across all roles
Track productivity and output consistently
Take action on underperformance through warnings, improvement plans, or exits
Be comfortable making objective and timely exit decisions
Hiring Discipline
Hire based on business need and ROI
Ensure alignment of attitude, capability, and cost
Avoid over-hiring and misaligned hiring decisions
Process and SOP Development
Build structured HR processes from hiring to onboarding, performance, and exit
Standardize interview and evaluation frameworks
Culture and Accountability
Build a performance-driven work environment
Ensure clarity in roles, reporting, and expectations
Drive discipline and accountability across teams
Cost Optimization
Optimize hiring costs and salary structures
Ensure maximum output per employee
Requirements
Experience
10+ years in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Leadership
Experience building teams from scratch
Experience handling high-volume hiring
Skills
Strong decision-making ability
Comfortable handling difficult situations
Experience with HR tools and systems
Ability to work independently
