Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior HR leader to drive organizational growth, global expansion, and process excellence. This role will act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, strengthen HR governance, and ensure readiness for ISO standards and CMMI certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with CXOs to align HR strategy with business goals
- Drive global HR frameworks and support multi-country operations
- Lead process excellence initiatives (ISO compliance, CMMI readiness, audits)
- Drive organizational transformation and change management
- Build a high-performance, process-driven culture
- Oversee HR governance, compliance, and operations
Required Experience
- 12–18+ years of HR experience with leadership exposure
- Background in IT services / consulting / global environments
- Strong experience in ISO, audits, compliance frameworks
- Exposure to CMMI readiness / process maturity initiatives
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and drive change
Preferred
- Experience in global HR operations
- Strong stakeholder management & transformation experience
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
