*Senior HR Executive – HVAC Project Company*
- Location:* West Mogappair, Chennai | *Type:* Full-Time
- Experience:* 8–10 years | *Salary:* ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
*Role Summary*
We are hiring a Senior HR Executive for an HVAC project company to handle end-to-end HR, statutory compliance, administration, and labour management across project sites. Must be hands-on with site labour laws, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Statutory & Compliance*: Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, bonus, and labour license renewals. Handle audits, inspections, and liaison with labour department.
- *HR Operations*: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, leave & exit management for staff and site workers. Maintain HRMS and employee records.
- *Labour Handling*: Manage contractors, site labour deployment, wage disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with CLRA and BOCW norms.
- *Administration*: Supervise office admin, vendor management, asset tracking, staff accommodation, and transport coordination for project sites.
- *Policy & Reporting*: Implement HR policies, conduct training on safety & POSH, and submit monthly MIS to management.
*Requirements*
- 8–10 years in HR/Admin, preferably in construction, HVAC, MEP, or project-based companies.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory returns, and site HR practices.
- Hands-on with Tally/Payroll software, Excel, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree + PGDHRM/MSW/MBA-HR preferred.
Work Location: West Mogappair
