- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, exit formalities, and background verification.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and cultural activities with a strong focus on creativity and participation
- Enhance employee satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing concerns and introducing new initiatives, perks, and benefits
- Handle workforce management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
- Manage employee queries and provide effective HR advisory on policies, grievances, absence, and workplace concerns
- Oversee Group Medical Insurance (GMC), including employee addition, deletion, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors for HR operations and services
- Support employees with HR-related documentation and compliance-related processes
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and HRIS data accuracy
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Prepare, schedule, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, including orientation and cross-functional coordination
- Handle exit processes and exit interviews, ensuring proper feedback analysis
- Gather and analyze HR metrics such as time-to-hire, attrition rate, and employee engagement insights
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and continuous improvements
- Continuously improve HR operations using innovative, efficient, and AI-driven approaches.
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Operations professional in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including onboarding, separation, grievance handling, engagement, and performance management
- Basic exposure to end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure) will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
- Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS systems and attendance management tools
- Exposure to AI tools for HR efficiency (automation, reporting, communication, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Willingness to work from office.
