Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior HR Executive, based in Hisar, Haryana. The Senior HR Executive will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and handle various human resource management activities. The candidate will ensure compliance with company regulations, foster a positive workplace culture, and actively contribute to the strategic growth of the organization by aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and implementing HR strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and manage HR Policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong skills in fostering positive Employee Relations and handling employee issues constructively.
- Knowledge of key aspects of Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, training, and compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective employee engagement.
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced HR certification is an asset.
- Experience with HR tech tools and systems is an added advantage.
