Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Senior HR Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage and oversee core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end HR processes while contributing to a meaningful and a productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the recruitment cycle.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Oversee employee onboarding and induction processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback cycles
- Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs
- Coordinate training and development programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
